Sensitive leaves

“Touch me not”

Ingredients

1. One fistful of sensitive leaves.

2 One spoon jeera.

3 1/2 cup coconut solution.

4. One cup of buttermilk or lemon..

5. Taste to little salt or jaggery.

How to make .

Roasting(little), jeera and leaves in ghee or coconut oil. After grinding it smooth paste. Finally add to the ,coconut milk, buttermilk, lemon ,1cup water.

Juice is ready.

It controls constipation. knee pain body pain.But you must take only 1/2 cup in a day.
