Indian Gooseberry OR Amla Juice

Gooseberry has an important place in Indian Ayurvedic Medicines. Gooseberry is rich in Vitamin C, Indians worship the Gooseberry tree along with Tulsi Plant. Gooseberry boosts the immune system in the human body, and it is used as an anti-aging agent and also reduces bacteria in the body.

It is useful in treating common cold, sinus, and mucus related issues. It restricts the growth of cancer cells in the body and is also useful for healthy Skin and increases hair growth.

If taken in adequate proportions, it reduces body aging by protecting and repairing your cells and reduce inflammation.

Indian Gooseberry is good for diabetes, People suffering from diabetes should consume Gooseberry and bitter gourd juice early in the morning or at night while going to bed. Consuming Gooseberry juice along with 1 teaspoon of honey early in the morning reduces cold and could also prolong aging.

Gooseberry can be used in various other ways such as Pickle, Chutney, or Sauce. Gooseberry powder is consumed as a medicine for indigestion. Since Gooseberry isn’t available in all the season its juice can be stored and refrigerated.

How to Prepare Gooseberry Juice

Add 2 tea teaspoons of Gooseberry juice to 1 liter of water along with 2 teaspoons of honey and drinking in an empty stomach early in the morning is good for health. If you prefer to drink it a little warmer avoid adding honey and use 1 teaspoon of Jaggery instead.

Afternoon along with Lunch

4 pieces of Gooseberry,

1 teaspoon of cumin (Jeera),

coconut powder or coconut milk.

half a teaspoon of pepper,

and deep fry all these finely and these to buttermilk with an adequate amount of salt.

Make 2 cups of it and you can use it along with rice or drink it.

Gooseberry chatni.

Boil the gooseberry and add a pinch of salt and grind the mixture then bake it in sun daily.

once it is hard enough store it in a Glass Jar. This can be stored up to a year, you can use it if you have indigestion or Dysentery, One Teaspoon of Gooseberry along with castor oil or butter consume it with rice will reduce the symptoms.

Wheat Grass Juice

Wheat grass juice has surprised use. We can grow wheat grass in House Yard or in pots. If you soak wheat in water for one day and sow it in soil, wheat grass for juice will be ready within ten or fifteen days. If it is half foot enough.

We can say wheat grass juice is a complete food. It contains Iron, Calcium, Magnesium, Phytonutrients, seventeen amino acids, Vitamins A,C,K and B Complex, Chlorophyll protein, so becomes complete food. It purifies the blood by removing waste products in the body, increase the immunity power, removes constipation. It works like a tonic as if energetic food. This is good for Gastric, Flatulence, B.P, Alzheimer, Diabetes and Paralysis. It is good for mental power, lessen the stress and especially good for cancer.

Pregnant women should not consume. It reduces the breast milk.

Method of making juice

Chop off one hand of tender wheat grass in small size.

Add some water to blend in the juicer.

Add two spoon of honey & half tumbler of water. Juice is ready.

Another method –

Wheat grass+ Add one spoon cumin seeds, half spoon pepper, one glass of coconut milk, juice of half lemon , 1″ ginger.
