Dill leaves juice
1 hand full of dill leaves
1 cup of coconut milk
1 spoon cumin seeds
1 spoon of black pepper or 1/4 spoon black pepper powder
2 spoons lemon juice (or 1/2 cup of butter milk)
Add Dill leaves, cumin seeds, black pepper, grated coconut and some water to the mixer and grind it finely and extract it. For taste you can add a pinch of salt or 2 spoons of jaggery. Then add some lemon juice, butter milk and add 2 glasses of water to it. You can also add some sweet fruits to it. And then healthy juice is ready.
