How To Make Night shade leaves Juice?

This is a very small plant. It has chickpeas size fruit in it. Once it is fruit, it will be black in color and it will be sweet. It is a very good and medicinal plant.

At the time of monthly period, woman can eat this fruit juice to avoid stomach pain. If you consume 8 to 10 spoon of night shade fruit juice every day before period’s starts, then stomach pain will be reduced. It reduces streghthlessness. Gives strength to the body.

If it shows strengthlessness in kids, then you can give this leaves juice to them.

This juice also helps in constipation.

Apply this juice on the body and leave it for 1/2 an hour and then take bath. It helps in whitening the skin.

Many dishes can be prepared using this leaves like juice, chutney, sambar, curry and rice.


Required ingredients:

1 hand full of night shade leaves

1 or 1/2 cup of grated coconut

1 spoon Cumin seeds

1 spoon black pepper

1 cup of butter milk

2 spoons lemon juice

1 spoon ghee or coconut oil

Salt for taste or you can also add jiggery

Preparation method:

Add some ghee to a frying pan and add black pepper to it in low flame and fry it. Add these leaves to it and keep frying, then add some coconut to the mixer and grind firmly. Then you can add some lemon juice and water to it and make it 2 cups out of it.


Required ingredients:

2 hand full of night shade leaves with the stem

Coconut grated 1/2 cup (If there are more leaves then coconut is not necessary)

Green chilies 4 to 8 (Required spicy to you)
Tamarind (gooseberry size)

Salt 1/2 spoon

Coconut oil 1 spoon

Preparation method:

In a frying pan, add oil in low flame. Add night shade leaves and green chilies to it. Let it fry little.

Add tamarind, grated coconut, green chilies to a mixer and add some water and grind finely. You should grind it in thick consistency. Tasty and healthy chutney is ready.


Take some fresh leaves and wash it nicely and chop it into small pieces.

Chop 1 onion into small pieces.

Chop green chilies into small pieces

Grate some coconut

4 spoons of coconut oil

One spoon of mustard oil

Onion (chop it into small pieces)

Coriander leaves a little

Preparation method:

Add oil to a frying pan in low flame.

Add 1-2 spoon of urad dal to it. Once the urad dal turns into red color, add some mustard and green chilies to it.

Once mustard sprinkles add some turmeric powder to it.

Add onions and then chopped night shade leaves to it. Add salt to taste. It will be cooked in 5 mins. Once it is cooked well, turn off the stove and add grated coconut and lemon juice to it. They the curry is ready.

If you add this to boiled rice and mix it, then night shade leaves rice is ready.


Leave stem need to be cooked nicely (2 hand full)

Garlic 6 to 8 pieces

Cumin seeds 1 spoon

Black pepper 1 spoon

Cloves 2 pieces

Cinnamon pieces

Curry leaves 8 leaves

Corriander leaves

Pinch of turmeric powder

Small piece of ginger

Preparation method:

Add all the above to a mixer and grind it finely until it is 4 cups. Boil it and extract. Then add some asafetida and drink hot to feel happy.

When there is strengthlessness in the body, if you have this it is very good.

When there is tasteless feel in the mouth, this can be consumed and it is very good. It is also digestive.
